Missy Owens graduated from Miami-Dade Community College with a degree in legal studies. For the past 40 years, she has dedicated herself to assisting accident victims with their claims. In 2021, Missy joined the Florida Spine and Disc Institute, where she is now committed to supporting patients on their wellness journeys. She manages all scheduling and front desk responsibilities and leverages her extensive experience to serve as the office liaison to paralegals and attorneys handling motor vehicle accident cases. Outside of work, Missy enjoys spending time at the beach, watching NASCAR races, and cheering for her favorite football teams. Most of all, she cherishes moments with her two children and three grandchildren.

Cheynoa Doyle, a native of Daytona Beach, FL, graduated from Mainland High School in 2015. She joined Florida Spine and Disc Institute in the fall of 2018. Cheynoa plays a key role in the office by welcoming new patients and assisting them with the streamlined paperwork process. Over the past six years, she has gained experience in various roles, including Front Desk Assistant, Technical Assistant, and currently, she manages all Social Media Marketing campaigns for the office. She finds joy in seeing patients reclaim their lives without the need for drugs or surgeries. Outside of work, Cheynoa enjoys music, the outdoors, and spending time with friends, family, and especially her beloved fur baby, Dos.
