spinal issues

The goal of our office is to determine the cause of the problem and remove it. Most people enter our office with a symptom, which could be neck pain, low back pain, headaches, sciatica or more. The cause of the symptom is usually the result of a nerve being pinched for an extended timeframe. The nerve is being damaged by one of three scenarios:

Spinal Misalignment

If the spine is not in proper alignment it can cause irritation to the nerve root which will alter the nerve’s ability to function properly. Over time, the nerve will start to malfunction and can cause a host of symptoms including but not limited to: low back pain, neck and mid back pain, sciatica, headaches, numbness and more. The best and most complete way to identify an alignment issue is through a complete postural assesmnet and weight-bearing X-rays.

Disc

The discs which separate the spinal bones break down over years of misuse and trauma. This process happens slowly and most people never experience any severe symptoms until the disc has degenerated substantially. The process usually will take over 20 years until someone can start to feel pain, numbness, shooting pain in the legs or arms.

An evaluation including an x-ray is the first step in identifying the disc involved.

Disc and Spinal Alignment

As patients age it is common to find moderate to severe disc degeneration coupled with multiple spinal misalignments.

Some offices will only adjust the spinal misalignments and not address the disc degeneration.
Other offices will address the disc degeneration and not the Spinal Misalignment.

FSDI address both which creates a quicker healing pattern and greater results for the patient.

People choose Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic care because it is effective, safe and natural.

Men, women and parents realize their bodies function better, heal more quick and have a greater sense of health while under active Chiropractic care.
