Spinal Stenosis
Spinal stenosis is a chronic condition that occurs when the spinal canal or neural foramen (where the spinal nerves emit) narrows, putting pressure on the spinal cord or nerve roots. It can affect the cervical, thoracic, or lumbar regions of the spine, and symptoms can develop gradually over time. Some people with spinal stenosis may not experience any symptoms, but others may experience pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness in the arms, legs, hands, or feet.

Often patients are diagnosed with spinal stenosis but not told how it occurred or what can be done to alleviate the condition. Spinal stenosis occurs from disc breakdown and degenerative changes over decades. Including but not limited to disc bulges, disc herniations and disc degeneration. Florida Spine and Disc Institute identifies the disc(s) involved and will remove the material from the spinal canal and/or the neural foramen through a gentle non-surgical approach which is Spinal Decompression.

Florida Spine and Disc Institutes utilizes the state of the art Spinal Decompression machine which is the DRX9000. It is the only non-surgical, non-medicated method to help spinal stenosis.
